Database Administrator (SQL & Oracle)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Administrator (SQL & Oracle) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. Daily tasks include database design, troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues, implementing database updates, and managing database replication processes. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to best practices in database administration.

• Expertise in Database Administration, including SQL and Oracle-based environments
• Proficiency in Database Design and optimizing database structure
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve database-related issues
• Experience in managing Databases and configuring database Replication
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications for SQL and Oracle database administration are an advantage
