Hiring: Technical Lead (Database) – Level 4

Location: Qatar

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design and define data models considering current and future business requirements.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of database concepts, architecture, and administration.

Implement and maintain database security to protect sensitive data and ensure access control.

Configure, manage, and test database backup and recovery for production and non-production environments.

Ensure database availability, performance, reliability, and data integrity.

Support database maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities.

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of database experience.

Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with database administration and management.

Database security, access control, and permissions.

Database backup, recovery, and restoration testing.

Experience supporting production and non-production databases.

Understanding of database performance, availability, and troubleshooting.
