Datacenter Intern

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team with day-to-day operational tasks and projects
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for users
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Participate in IT projects as assigned, providing support as needed
• Learn and apply best practices related to IT support and data management
• Engage with team members to gain practical knowledge in various areas of IT

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of cloud and infrastructure basics (Cisco CCNA, VMware vSphere, Nutanix, AWS, Windows Server & storage)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Fast learner with good communication skills
