DC Manager

Role & responsibilities :

The DC Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and distribution center operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of FMCG products. This includes inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems - SAP.
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
