We're Hiring | DC Supervisor
Join NADEC and play a key role in managing our Distribution Center operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cold chain compliance.
Department: Secondary Warehouses
Function: Supply Chain
Location: Riyadh
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily DC operations including receiving, picking, inventory, dispatching, and returns.
- Monitor DC KPIs and ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, optimum stock levels, and proper stock rotation.
- Ensure cold chain requirements and product handling standards are maintained.
- Maintain HACCP, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor receiving, stocking, and dispatching performance.
- Lead and supervise DC employees and effectively manage resources.
- Prepare operational, inventory, dispatch, and loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management.
- 3–4 years of experience in Logistics, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of cold chain and quality requirements.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
