Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, allowing for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The Deal Origination Analyst will be responsible for:
- The proactive identification and assessment of potential target investment companies;
- Individual company analysis and research of selected target companies including financial, strategic and competitor analysis;
- Research information to support transaction execution;
- Preparation of presentations for management team meetings
Qualifications
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Good communicator, with ability to interface with sponsors and management teams, and spearhead negotiations
- Strong proficiency in creating Financial Reports and Presentations
- Understanding of financial statements in order to filter opportunities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity is a strong advantage
