Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Research Institute Development: Responsible for formulating the overall development strategy and implementation path for artificial intelligence technology and applications within the Anton Group, and for developing the long-term development roadmap for the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute.

2. Core Technology R&D and Barrier Building: Lead the construction of a technology platform that deeply integrates oil and gas with AI. By building an external technology ecosystem and securing high-value patents, construct the company's core technology barriers and establish industry standard dominance.

3. Productization and Solution Development: Lead the team to transform technologies into standardized AI products and solutions covering all oil and gas scenarios. Develop multiple Anton AI application platforms to drive rapid product replication and commercialization.

4. Market Promotion and Monetization: Formulate and execute global market expansion strategies. Through channel development, brand awareness, and online marketing, transform innovative products and solutions into commercial success in the global market.

Job Requirements

1. Professional Background and Experience: Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or an oil and gas-related field; over 10 years of experience in technology R&D and management, including at least 5 years of experience managing a digital intelligence team; experience leading successful projects integrating AI and oil and gas, with a deep understanding of upstream oil and gas business scenarios and technological challenges.

2. Technical Capabilities: Successful experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale digital intelligence technology platform architectures from scratch; a deep understanding of the data ecosystem and operational processes in the oil and gas industry, and the ability to accurately promote the scenario-based application of AI technology.

3. Global Vision: Proficient in English as a working language, capable of independently conducting overseas technical exchanges and client reception; possessing a broad global perspective, keenly aware of global AI technology and oil and gas industry dynamics; possessing the potential and experience to share insights at international industry forums and build global brand influence.

4. Strategic and Management Capabilities: Excellent strategic planning ability, able to formulate a clear vision and drive efficient execution; outstanding leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills, able to inspire top-tier teams with diverse backgrounds.
