Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site entry-level position based in Cairo. The Collections Specialist will handle tasks such as managing accounts receivable, collecting overdue payments.

Qualifications

Must be FLEXIBLE TO WORK ON - SITE FROM (3PM TILL 11:30 PM - 4 PM TILL 1 AM - 7 PM TILL 4AM - 5 PM TILL 2 AM ) in Nasr City.

previous experience in sales or Telesales

Excellent Negotiations, and problem solving skills

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ level or above)
