Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rai for a Decorative Paints Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales of decorative paints, providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, offering product knowledge and training, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable paint solutions, following up on enquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and product knowledge to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with decorative paints and the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
