Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project delivery, quality assurance, or related functions within a consulting or corporate environment.
- Proven track record in leading teams through complex project delivery cycles, achieving measurable improvements in performance and quality.
- Extensive knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and quality assurance principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.
- Experience in implementing and utilizing project management software and delivery tools effectively.
- Solid understanding of financial management related to project delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven capability to establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive project success and organizational improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members to enhance their delivery capabilities.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through the delivery of quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
