Delivery Driver

A Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering goods, products, or documents to customers and designated locations on time while maintaining accurate delivery records and professional customer service.

• Collect and deliver goods, products, and documents according to schedules.
• Plan delivery routes and manage daily delivery schedules.
• Load and unload goods safely and securely.
• Verify orders, quantities, addresses, and delivery documents.
• Obtain delivery confirmations and customer signatures when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Inspect the vehicle and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow traffic laws, road safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Communicate delivery times and locations with customers and relevant teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and delivery-related issues professionally.
• Report delays, missing items, damaged goods, or other delivery problems.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and operations teams.
• Ensure goods are transported securely and in good condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper operating condition.
• Complete assigned deliveries accurately and on schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Previous delivery, driving, logistics, or courier experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and delivery routes.
• Safe and responsible driving skills.
• Familiarity with GPS, navigation, and delivery applications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
