Role Description

The Delivery Driver – Furniture role at Indigo Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The person in this role is responsible for safely transporting furniture and home accessories from warehouses to customer locations, retail stores, and project sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Daily tasks include loading and unloading furniture, assembling and placing items according to delivery instructions, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle. The role involves direct interaction with customers and project teams, handling delivery documentation, and reporting any issues or damages promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive 3- Ton company delivery truck to customer and storage locations
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
• Load, transport, and unload products with care.
• Assemble furniture when required
• Pack and prepare items securely for transportation
• Daily maintenance check of vehicle
• Maintain a clean, organised vehicle and follow safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Requirements

• Valid MANUAL UAE driving licence
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Experience in furniture delivery or assembly is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
