Overview:
The Delivery Engineer is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of awarded projects through deployments, system configuration, testing activities, and implementation support. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role contributes to successful project delivery while building technical expertise in CTPO platform standards, implementation methodologies, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment, installation, and system configuration activities in accordance with approved solution designs and project requirements.
- Assist with integration testing, system validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination activities.
- Document test outcomes, track identified issues, and support follow-up activities for issue resolution.
- Monitor assigned delivery tasks, milestones, and timelines to support project execution activities.
- Maintain and update delivery-related logs, including risk registers, issue trackers, and dependency lists.
- Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, technical records, and delivery status reports.
- Support validation of system configurations and deployments against approved technical specifications and solution designs.
- Assist with environment setup, configuration verification, and operational readiness activities.
- Participate in internal and customer delivery meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
- Capture meeting action items and follow up on assigned implementation and delivery tasks.
- Coordinate with technical teams, operations teams, and project stakeholders to support smooth delivery execution.
- Execute assigned implementation and support activities while adhering to quality, security, and operational standards.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of basic implementation and deployment issues under supervision.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or any other related field.
Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in system implementation, delivery engineering, technical support, deployment activities, or related technology roles.
- Exposure to enterprise systems, infrastructure environments, cloud platforms, or integration projects is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of system deployment, configuration, and implementation processes.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, issue tracking, and technical documentation practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, networking, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and priorities within project timelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic project tracking tools. • Ability to work in dynamic delivery and customer-facing environments.
