What You'll Do

• Lead the analysis and optimization of delivery fulfillment performance to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for users, merchants, and riders across the platform.
• Conduct deep data analysis on delivery operations, identifying trends, performance gaps, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies that may impact service quality.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and design intervention strategies, including service policies, penalty mechanisms, and real-time corrective actions to maintain platform service standards and mitigate operational risks.
• Develop a deep understanding of the appeals and dispute review processes, ensuring fair, timely, and evidence-based decisions while promoting automation and AI-driven operational improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product, operations, logistics, and data teamsto design scalable solutions that improve delivery efficiency and overall user experience.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices within the food delivery, logistics, and on-demand service ecosystem, refining processes to elevate platform performance and service quality.

What We Need From You

• 5+ years of experience in delivery platforms, logistics, operations, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, dashboards, or BI tools.
• Ability to identify operational challenges and design scalable, practical solutions to improve service performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence operational decisions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is a plus.
• Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
