Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of corporate training programs, AI bootcamps, hackathons, and multi-day learning events focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Engineering, and enterprise AI adoption.
The role requires a strong mix of delivery ownership, client coordination, line management, technical understanding, trainer coordination, and event execution.
Experience in IT services, training companies, edtech, AI consulting, or hackathon/event-based delivery will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI training programs, hackathons, bootcamps, masterclasses, and innovation challenges.
- Prepare delivery plans covering agenda, trainers, participants, labs, technical setup, assessments, hackathon milestones, and final presentations.
- Act as the main delivery interface with client stakeholders, including L&D, business sponsors, technology teams, and leadership.
- Coordinate trainers, mentors, judges, program coordinators, technical support teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Line management of a team of developers, tech leads, trainers & product managers
- Ensure readiness of technical environments such as cloud sandboxes, GitHub repositories, APIs, notebooks, IDEs, quiz platforms, and demo setups.
- Manage hackathon operations including idea submission, shortlisting, team formation, mentoring, judging criteria, leaderboards, and final showcase.
- Handle risks, escalations, scope changes, client communication, and daily delivery governance.
- Manage and guide delivery teams, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely execution.
- Create reusable delivery templates, SOPs, checklists, reports, feedback formats, and closure documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, IT services delivery, corporate training delivery, or technology event execution.
- Strong client-facing experience with enterprise stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, data, cloud, software engineering, or enterprise technology programs.
- Ability to understand technical training requirements and coordinate hands-on labs, demos, and hackathon workflows.
- Strong project management, planning, communication, reporting, and escalation management skills.
- Experience managing multi-day events, cohort-based learning programs, technical bootcamps, or innovation challenges.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts and last-minute changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification would be good to have.
- Experience in IT services, corporate training, edtech, hackathon platforms, AI consulting, or technology learning organizations.
- Familiarity with topics such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, cloud AI platforms, APIs, Python labs, and AI governance.
- Experience working with trainers, SMEs, mentors, judges, and senior client stakeholders.
