We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team in Al Khobar in an on-site working setup. Our client aims to develop cutting-edge generative AI products for Downstream, focusing on scalable, reliable and evolving solutions that generate high-quality, contextually relevant content to transform business and user interactions with digital content.

This role is critical for ensuring on-time delivery, cross-team coordination and Agile execution as well as working closely with stakeholders, AI engineers, business analysts and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Agile delivery, project coordination and AI-driven digital transformation projects. They will be key in monitoring project progress, tracking KPIs and ensuring effective communication between all teams involved.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and AI Engineers to define project scope, timelines and deliverables
• Monitor and track project progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely completion of milestones
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives to drive best practices
• Support resource allocation and proactively address risk mitigation activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, reporting and escalations
• Maintain regular communication with leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards and delivery insights using tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions and project progress
• Work closely with QA teams to validate AI-generated outputs ensuring compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Experience in Project Coordination, Delivery Management or Agile Project Execution
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in AI/ML projects, enterprise software delivery or digital transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with distributed teams across multiple geographies (onshore-offshore delivery model)
• An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate (or eligibility to obtain) is required for this position

Nature of Work and Working Hours

The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
