Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Safety leadership in the delivery of the scope assigned
- Provide delivery, execution, constructability and contracting input during Concept Development, Pre-FEED and FEED phases
- Support concept selection and option evaluations by assessing execution feasibility, schedule implications, cost impacts and delivery risks
- Develop and mature project execution strategies, including conversion, fabrication, integration and installation approaches
- Develop and support contracting strategies, tendering plans and EPC/EPCIC packaging to enable efficient project execution following FID
- Lead constructability, transportability and installability reviews to ensure designs are practical and executable
- Support development and validation of project CAPEX estimates, including execution assumptions, productivity factors, logistics and contingency requirements
- Develop and review execution schedules, critical paths and long-lead procurement strategies to ensure realistic project delivery plans
- Identify, assess and mitigate execution risks related to yards, contractors, logistics, fabrication, offshore activities and supply chains
- Ensure interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication, conversion, commissioning and operations are identified and effectively managed
- Support local content and in-country fabrication assessments, ensuring commitments are achievable within project cost, schedule and quality objectives
- Prepare execution plans, tender documentation and handover packages required for transition from FEED into EPC execution
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, construction and operations teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives
- Monitor progress and implement corrective and mitigating actions where required
- Ensure compliance with project management systems, company procedures and applicable HSE requirements
- Support reporting, forecasting and governance activities required by the project and company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional project management certification is desirable
- Long relevant experience in lieu of degree can be considered
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects
- Significant experience in project delivery, EPC/EPCIC execution, fabrication, conversion or construction activities
- Previous FPSO conversion, redeployment or newbuild project experience highly desirable
- Experience supporting FEED studies, project execution planning, cost estimating and project delivery
- Experience working with fabrication yards, shipyards and international contractors
- Experience in multi-location and multicultural project environments

- Understanding of constructability, transportation, installation and commissioning requirements
- Understanding of FPSO operations with regards to appreciating how design impacts safe and reliable operation
- Familiarity with project controls, procurement and supply chain management processes
- Proficiency in project scheduling and estimating tools
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
