Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Collections & Recovery applications built on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Manage project planning, delivery, risks, stakeholders, and vendor coordination.
• Drive application deployment across On-Premises and Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing Collections & Recovery technology projects in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Good understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and API integrations.
• Experience with On-Premises and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
