Delivery Specialist -Automotive (Arabic)

Job description:

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries from booking confirmation through customer handover.
• Verify vehicle availability, specifications, accessories, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, PDI, Service, Finance, Registration, Insurance, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure vehicles undergo Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and all identified issues are resolved before delivery.
• Verify vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, invoices, tax documents, and delivery checklists.
• Schedule delivery appointments based on customer requirements and vehicle readiness.
• Conduct professional vehicle handovers and explain key vehicle features, controls, connected features, and basic operating procedures.
• Ensure accessories and customer-requested fitments are completed before delivery.
• 1–4 years of experience in an automotive dealership, OEM, logistics, sales operations, or vehicle delivery environment.
• Good understanding of vehicle systems and basic automotive terminology.
