Responsibilities
- Supervise daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor delivery team performance riders and continuously improve service levels.
- Coordinate between the Operations department and all relevant management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and track delivery orders through delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Breadfast, Noon, Jumia).
- Follow up on order statuses (received / out for delivery / delayed / returned) and resolve issues immediately.
- Handle customer complaints related to delivery and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports (delivery time, success rate, delays, complaints, and root causes).
- Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents and delivery reports.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (delivery partners / riders / relevant teams) in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in delivery supervision or delivery operations management.
- Hands-on experience working with delivery applications/platforms such as Talabat, Breadfast, Noon, Jumia.
- Very strong Excel skills (reporting, tracking, and analytics).
- Food industry experience is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
