Delivery Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee courier attendance, workload distribution, shift scheduling, and daily assignments.
• Shipment & Route Operations: Monitor daily deliveries, track pending shipments, ensure route completion, and manage geographic area coverage.
• Performance Monitoring: Track signing rates, delivery performance, and courier productivity; prepare daily performance reports and escalate operational issues.
• Customer Service: Ensure proper pre-delivery customer calls and handle delivery-related complaints or issues.
• Fleet Coordination: Monitor vehicle status, report breakdowns or accidents immediately, and coordinate timely replacements.
• Exception Control: Verify, document, and control abnormal shipments with proper evidence.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, safety guidelines, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in last-mile delivery or logistics, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational problem-solving, route-planning proficiency, and basic data reporting (Excel).
