Demand Analytics - PMO

Length of Contract: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality across Market Units and demand sources.
• Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies and opportunities.
• Provide actionable data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager.
• Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations and Demand Programs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis.
• Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience analysing large datasets and identifying trends and performance drivers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Strong Plus

• Pipeline, sales or business performance analytics experience.
• Power BI – dashboards, visualisation and reporting.
• SAP reporting tools / SAP ecosystem knowledge.
• Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS and digital business models.
