Job Description: Demand Generation & Sales Coordinator Specialist

Role Overview

The Demand Generation & Sales Coordinator Specialist is responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, driving digital engagement, and ensuring seamless lead management and conversion by the sales team. This role bridges marketing and sales, optimizing the lead funnel from initial engagement to closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: -Develop and implement lead scoring models to ensure only high-quality leads are passed to sales, using data-driven insights and digital engagement metrics.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the end-to-end lead lifecycle, ensuring leads are efficiently captured, tracked, and routed to the appropriate sales teams for timely follow-up.- *Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide insights, campaign assets, and timely updates on lead status, ensuring alignment and maximizing conversion rates.
  • process optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in lead management, leveraging automation tools and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless handoff and feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with demand generation, digital marketing, and sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.-Ability to innovate and propose new approaches for lead generation and conversion.

Success Metrics

  • Volume and quality of leads generated.-Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.

Required Skills

  • Creativity in proposing new approaches during customer approach
  • Ability to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads).
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external audiences.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align goals.
  • Ability to balance different approaches and communicate with multiple teams
