About The Role

As a Demand Management Planner, you will be at the forefront of managing Technical & Architecture demands, playing a pivotal role in facilitating a transparent and efficient demand management process that aligns with Orange's vision for innovative technology solutions.

  • Support the management of Technical & Architecture demands, contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Digital Technology organization.
  • Assist in the assessment, prioritization, and alignment of technology demands with available resources to facilitate efficient capacity planning and execution.
  • Play an integral role in capturing and structuring initial demands from business portfolios while communicating timelines and pipeline activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure formal demand management processes are followed by preparing for and following up on Architecture Boards, effectively recording and tracking demands.
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding the outcomes of architecture decisions and the status of their demands.
  • Engage in coordination meetings to gather insights on evolving business needs and initiatives.
  • Maintain an updated demands backlog for Technology & Architecture, ensuring accurate data representation.
  • Coordinate demand analysis by collaborating with architects, technical experts, and operational teams to ensure timely input.
  • Support Architecture Boards by organizing meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and following up on action items for comprehensive decision tracking.
  • Prepare detailed periodic reports to support management in prioritizing demands based on current organizational goals.

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Your organizational skills are paired with a proactive mindset, allowing you to manage multiple demands while paying close attention to detail. With a Master's degree and experience in collaborative environments, you work seamlessly with both technical experts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
