Position: Demand Planner

Contract: 6-month initial contract (possibility of extension)

Location: UAE

Salary Range: AED 20,000 25,000

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales forecasting, demand planning, and channel distribution, with a proven track record in launching new categoriesparticularly in the pet care industry (pet shops and petcab-related products).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain and sales objectives.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and channel partners to ensure smooth product launches.
• Drive planning processes for petcab-related products across pet shop distribution channels.
• Monitor demand trends, analyze market data, and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock availability and minimize risks of shortage or excess.

Key Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in demand planning, sales, and channel distribution.
• Strong background in launching new categories/products.
• Prior experience in the pet shop/petcab industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within set timelines.
