We are currently hiring a Demand Planner on behalf of one of our clients.

About the Role

The Demand Planner will play a key role in the S&OP / IBP cycle, responsible for developing accurate 0–24 month SKU-level forecasts and driving continuous improvement in demand planning accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at SKU level across a 0–24 month horizon.
• Coordinate with commercial, supply chain, and other stakeholders to build robust demand plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast errors, conducting root-cause analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support and contribute to the S&OP / IBP process.
• Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
• Work closely with demand planning tools and statistical modeling teams.
• Continuously improve forecasting processes, methodologies, and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting.
• Strong FMCG / CPG background, preferably with experience in perishable products.
• Strong forecasting and IBP/S&OP knowledge.
• Highly numbers-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI/analytical tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with SAP and/or o9 is a plus.
• Experience in Automation and AI is an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
