Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planner Specialist to join a fast-growing technology company and play a key role in optimizing demand forecasting, inventory availability, and supply planning.

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and business plans
Analyze sales, inventory, and demand data to identify trends, gaps, and potential supply risks
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align demand and inventory plans
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to maintain healthy stock availability
Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methodologies
Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand planning
Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Identify potential overstock, stock-out, and slow-moving inventory risks and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or a similar role
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning principles
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a strong plus
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or fast-moving consumer products is preferred
