We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Levantine Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the hot kitchen and oven section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Prepare and cook authentic Levantine dishes in the hot kitchen and oven section
Manage daily mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Operate and manage ovens for baking traditional breads (e.g., pita, manakish) and other dishes
Ensure food quality meets hotel standards and guest expectations
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Support junior kitchen staff and maintain teamwork within the kitchen
Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in Levantine or Middle Eastern cuisine
Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations and oven handling
Experience in preparing traditional Levantine dishes (grills, stews, baked items)
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an advantage
Experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and wood-fired or deck ovens
Creativity and passion for Levantine cuisine
