This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry, your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts, assisting the Pastry Chef with day-to-day operations, and supporting in menu development and food presentation. You will also ensure compliance with food safety standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service goals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and creativity of the pastry offerings.

• Strong pastry preparation skills, including baking, decorating, and plating techniques
• Knowledge of menu development and a creative approach to dessert crafting
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to ensure kitchen cleanliness
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with colleagues
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A degree or diploma in culinary arts, pastry, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
