Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Demi Chef De Partie based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes in line with Lebanese cuisine. The Demi Chef De Partie will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
- Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and flavor profiles is preferred.
- Proficiency in kitchen safety, hygiene practices, and food handling regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high culinary standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Lebanese or Mediterranean cuisine, is advantageous.
- A culinary certification or formal training in the culinary arts is a plus.
