About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to support daily kitchen operations and assist in preparing high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. The successful candidate will manage an assigned kitchen section, support senior chefs, and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

About You

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star international chain hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
