Denim Washing Assistant Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from Textile Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering,
• Experienced in both dry and wet processes of denim washing,
• Experience working with woven and denim fabrics,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To take part in the audit and evaluation activities of current and new washing facilities in Egypt & Turkey.
• To visit washing facilities periodically, monitor and report the processes to increase efficiency.
• To establish and manage a grading system for all washing facilities.
• To make sure all washing facilities are informed about LC Waikiki standards, methods and values; and organize trainings to increase their awareness.
• To establish an archive for washings and makes sure it is updated periodically. To take part in all domestic and abroad washing activities in production and guide the suppliers.
• Select fabric qualities, liaise with LC Waikiki designers in Turkey and develop washing collections.
