Role Description The Dental Specialist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing restorative and preventive treatments, managing complex dental cases, collaborating with other medical professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves educating patients on oral health practices, adhering to infection control and sterilization protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, working within one of Rama Medical Group's dental centers.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical expertise in Dental Care and Dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
  • Proficiency in Oral Surgery procedures, with the ability to manage surgical cases safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to dental practice, including systemic conditions and their impact on oral health.
  • Experience or training in Orthodontics, including assessment and basic corrective treatments.
  • Relevant dental degree and valid professional licensure/registration as required in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, infection control, and high clinical standards.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Prior experience in a multi-center or group practice environment is an advantage.
