Location: Dubai

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 AED per month

We are working with a fast-scaling AI startup that is transforming enterprise environments, through advanced AI-driven solutions. They are hiring a Deployment Strategist to take ownership of delivering AI solutions into large-scale environments, ensuring complex initiatives are translated into tangible, high-impact outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client engagement, leading projects from early-stage scoping through to full production rollout.

Required Experience:

• At least 3+ years of experience in AI technical delivery or implementation roles
• Background in technical program management, consulting delivery, SaaS environments, or similar
• Implemented AI solutions (GenAI, CoPilot, Agentic etc)
• Experience coordinating complex implementations from concept through to launch
• Solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Must speak Arabic & English
