Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jiddah for a Deputy General Manager and Projects Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing daily operations, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring project timelines are met within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and identifying opportunities for optimization. The chosen candidate will contribute to long-term strategic planning and provide leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and managerial skills with experience in operational oversight and team management
- Expertise in project management, including project planning, budget management, and risk assessment
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and MEP systems
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in similar roles within residential, commercial, or industrial projects is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Jiddah full-time
