Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager – Logistics to oversee import-export operations, SEZ compliance, and documentation processes. The role requires expertise in supply chain management, regulatory adherence, and efficient handling of logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations.
• Ensure SEZ compliance and adherence to government regulations.
• Oversee preparation and verification of export-import documentation.
• Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement compliance processes for SEZ and logistics operations.
• Drive efficiency in supply chain management and logistics workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.
• Support audits and inspections related to logistics and SEZ operations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, import-export, and SEZ compliance.
• Strong knowledge of documentation processes for international trade.
• Familiarity with SEZ regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
