Deputy FP&A Manager – Management Control

Antal International is partnering with a leading multinational food manufacturing company in Dammam to hire a Deputy FP&A Manager. The role will act as the second-in-command within the FP&A function, supporting financial planning, business performance management, profitability analysis, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/co-lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

• Drive monthly management reporting and variance analysis

• Lead profitability analysis across products, channels and customers

• Support pricing, promotions and commercial decision-making

• Develop financial models and scenario planning tools

• Drive cost-saving and productivity initiatives

• Support strategic investments and business expansion

• Lead ERP, reporting automation and data governance initiatives

• Mentor FP&A analysts and support the FP&A Director

• Present financial insights to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, Commercial Finance or Business Finance

• Strong experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing preferred

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and profitability analysis skills

• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools and reporting automation

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

• CMA, CFA or MBA is an advantage
