Job Purpose:
To support the Human Resources Manager in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures, and to ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with approved regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved HR policies and procedures.
- Supervise recruitment, employee affairs, and employee development processes.
- Support workforce planning and HR strategic initiatives.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and related HR systems.
- Handle employee-related issues and submit recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
