Lead the Future of Freight Technology: Deputy Manager, Product & Digital Innovation

Our client, a leading supply chain and logistics organization, is seeking a technology-driven product leader to drive digital transformation across freight and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance freight technology platforms, including TMS, freight forwarding, billing, tracking, and integration solutions.
• Lead digitalisation, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive system integrations, analytics, and Power BI reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and product roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver impactful projects.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology experience.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transportation environments.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data analytics, and automation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and continuous improvement.
