Job responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and advisors within the universe.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents in partnership with Store Management.
- Set clear individual and team objectives and manage performance proactively.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
Client & Business Development
- Drive the performance of the universe through strong commercial and strategic understanding.
- Support teams in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Ensure a strong client-centric mindset and service excellence at all times.
- Define and implement action plans to maximize product performance and sales.
Sales Leadership & Floor Management
- Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase.
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure optimal floor coverage and service standards through visible leadership.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coach managers to develop their own teams.
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently applied.
- Be accountable for inventory management within the universe.
- Support workforce planning and, when applicable, coordination with department store partners.
Profile
- Solid experience in luxury retail, with team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong commercial mindset and client orientation.
- Proven ability to develop people and drive performance.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Comfortable acting as a senior leader within the store.
