As ULTA Beauty prepares to launch in Qatar, we're looking for experienced Deputy Store Managers to help lead our teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the successful operation of our stores.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence are maintained.

You'll be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching teams to perform at their best while helping create an inspiring beauty destination for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, service, and operational goals

• Leading, coaching, and developing store teams to maximize performance and customer satisfaction

• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered

• Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

• Providing feedback and insights on team performance, products, and customer trends

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development

• Deputizing for the Store Manager during periods of absence

We're looking for candidates with:

• At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally within a supervisory or management role

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, health & beauty, or premium retail environments

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• A passion for customer service and driving commercial performance

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Strong organizational and computer skills
