Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to support the leadership of our retail team and help deliver outstanding commercial results while bringing the On spirit to life every day.
Your Mission:
As Deputy Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, elevate the customer experience, and develop a high-performing team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while creating an inspiring environment for both customers and team members.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
- Monitor daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and back-of-house operations to optimize product availability.
- Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing team development initiatives.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
- Champion On's values and brand philosophy in all customer and team interactions.
- Support local events, product launches, and community activations to drive brand awareness and commercial success.
Your Story:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting including 2-years managerial responsibilities.
- Operational retail experience in a sports environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills.
- Experience providing interactive and meaningful journey to customers and team members.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to proactively anticipate future store needs.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Engagement with sports communities.
