Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at Seed Health And Wellness in Doha, Qatar. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing dermatological and cosmetic procedures, managing acne and other chronic skin conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with SEED's holistic approach. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with other wellness practitioners, educating patients on preventive skin care and lifestyle factors, and staying current with evidence-based dermatology and cosmetic dermatology practices. The Dermatologist is expected to uphold high standards of ethics, patient safety, and cultural sensitivity in a multidisciplinary wellness environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage diverse skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- Specialized skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Experience in the assessment and treatment of Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis and related disorders, including complex or treatment-resistant cases.
- Recognized medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completed residency or specialized training in Dermatology.
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure to practice Dermatology in Qatar, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, clear communication, and culturally competent practice in a diverse setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary wellness team and contribute to holistic care plans.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation and adhering to clinical quality and safety standards.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
- Ongoing dedication to professional development and staying current with advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
