Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Dermatology Product Specialist. Responsibilities include promoting dermatology products to healthcare professionals, building relationships with clients, providing product knowledge support, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Dermatology Product Specialist will analyze customer needs, drive sales performance, and contribute to achieving company targets in the dermatology sector.
Qualifications
- Expertise and experience as a Product Specialist, with in-depth knowledge of dermatology products
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and achieve business objectives
- Exceptional Analytical and Communication skills for addressing customer needs and delivering clear, professional information about products
- Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site at the Giza location and travel, if required
