Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Practice & Delivery Lead to drive the growth, delivery excellence, and strategic direction of our Digital Enterprise Services (DES) practice, with a strong focus on HR transformation.

The role requires a techno-functional leader with deep expertise in Oracle ERP (especially HCM modules), strong delivery governance experience, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the region. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking and possess a solid background in HR processes and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and drive the DES Oracle ERP practice strategy, with a focus on HCM/HR solutions.
  • Build and scale the Oracle ERP practice, including capability development, offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations.

Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM implementations and transformations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications effectively.

HR Transformation Expertise

  • Act as a subject matter expert in HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee lifecycle.
  • Translate business HR requirements into Oracle ERP/HCM solutions.
  • Drive digital HR transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (HR leaders, CIOs, business heads).
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ERP and HR transformation.
  • Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive presentations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of functional and technical consultants.
  • Drive resource planning, capability building, and performance management.
  • Ensure continuous upskilling of the team on Oracle ERP technologies and HR trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with strong exposure to Oracle ERP/HCM.
  • Proven experience in leading ERP delivery and managing large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong background in HR operations and processes.
  • Experience in building or managing an ERP practice is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Middle East market is a strong advantage.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, especially HCM modules.

  • Strong commercial acumen and pre-sales capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
