Job description:
Job Purpose
Produce a valid, safe and economical Design /estimate.
Responsibilities
- Produce a safe and optimized design for PEB and non PEB buildings based on required codes & project specifications.
- The design should cover STD codes, design guidelines and manufacture limitation for Kirby.
- All of the output from design tools should converted in the estimation program LHE (Long hand estimate program).
- Release the estimate /design or send the design files to higher level to check as per given limits for each position.
- Prepare proposal / approval drawings for buildings check the proposal / approval drawings which prepared by drafting with the project requirements and estimate.
Requirements
- Full knowledge to design codes,
- Good command in one of the following software SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro, Autodesk Robot and Idea Statica or RAM connections are plus.
- At least 2 years design experience in a reputable Steel Structures / Buildings Design
- Language - Arabic and English (Professional)
