Experience

2-4 years experience in Building Management systems in an Engineering/Construction Company

Skills

In-depth technical knowledge about BMS/ IBMS and Metering solutions.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Vision, Star Draw, Sketch Up
Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes & NFPA requirements.
Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing technical compliance, response to consultant's comments, engineering calculations (Lux level calculation, battery calculation, voltage drop calculation, aspire calculation, heat dissipation calculation, SPL/STI calculation, etc.)
Expertise in Microsoft office tools.

Responsibilities

Responsible for complete estimation & design for the system
Prepare compliance statement, Technical Material submittals & prequalification to submit for consultant approval.
