Architectural Design Associate Manager.

Cred Developments is Seeking an experienced Architectural Design Associate Manager to lead interior and exterior design direction across our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural background, deep expertise in material selection and finishing, and a proven track record within a top-tier Egyptian real estate developer. This role requires the ability to present confidently at executive level, coordinate seamlessly with leading international and local design consultants, and translate CEO-level feedback into actionable design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee interior and exterior design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept through execution.

• Review, evaluate, and recommend material selections, finishes, and samples in line with project vision, budget, and brand standards.

• Coordinate and manage relationships with top-tier design consultants, architects, and specialty firms throughout the design lifecycle.

• Prepare and deliver high-impact design presentations to senior leadership, including CEO-level reviews and approvals.

• Translate executive feedback into refined, actionable design revisions while maintaining project timelines. • Ensure design consistency and quality control across all project phases, from schematic design to construction documentation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, engineering, procurement, and sales/marketing teams.

• Stay current on design trends, materials innovation, and premium finishing standards relevant to the Egyptian and regional luxury real estate market.

• Manage and mentor junior design team members as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized top-tier university — AUC, GUC, Ain Shams, Cairo University, or equivalent internationally accredited institutions preferred. Master's degree is a plus.

• From 12–14 years of total professional experience in architectural design, with a minimum of 10 years at one of the top 5 real estate developers companies in Egypt.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both interior and exterior design, with hands-on experience in material selection and sample curation.

• Proven experience coordinating with premier international/regional design consultant firms.

• Demonstrated experience presenting and securing design approvals at C-suite / CEO level.

• fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3dmax, Rihno or equivalent).
