The practice focuses on architectural design, façades, landscape, interior design, and architectural visualization, with an emphasis on creativity, quality, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Job Purpose
Develop architectural design solutions and documentation in coordination with the Senior Design Architect, ensuring that designs meet project requirements, quality standards, applicable codes, and agreed project deadlines.
Duties & responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals under the direction of the Senior Design Architect.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, and architectural design presentations.
- Develop design options and alternatives according to project requirements.
- Incorporate client, consultant, and Senior Design Architect comments into design development.
- Coordinate architectural designs with external Structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants.
- Assist in developing schematic and detailed design packages.
- Prepare design studies and architectural presentations.
- Ensure consistency between drawings and approved design information.
- Assist in resolving architectural and multidisciplinary coordination issues.
- Coordinate with the Production Team during the transition from design to production.
- Ensure that approved design information is clearly communicated to the Production Team.
- Review drawings and deliverables for accuracy and completeness before internal submission.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing revisions.
- Support the Senior Design Architect in design reviews and project coordination meetings.
- Meet assigned project deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in architectural design; experience in consultancy or real estate development is preferred.
- Good knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and good working knowledge of Revit.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination with Structural and MEP consultants.
- Ability to develop architectural drawings from concept through design development stages.
- Good presentation and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural work.
