Role Description

About the Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and design-driven Architect with a strong artistic eye and a passion for innovative architectural solutions. The ideal candidate has exceptional conceptual abilities and is highly skilled in translating ideas into refined design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural concepts, diagrams, and design studies.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, visual presentations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout all design stages.
• Drive design quality, creativity, and innovation within the project team.
• Utilize advanced digital tools to generate parametric and performance-based design solutions.

Mandatory Software Skills

Candidates must be fully proficient in:

• Rhino + Grasshopper
• Revit

(Applications without strong experience in these tools will not be considered.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience. 35 years for Design Architect roles in Dubai.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design sensitivity, and technical capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
